sort of looked back at my illustration days.. I've been enjoying breaking up the face into simple shadow shapes... started doing it back a couple posts.. i think the wedding post... it sort of has this feeling of implied detail that I like.. .. I've also been liking the wider format panels..

Went to a wedding ceremony this morning... Guess it was practice before the real thing.. there was so many people... couldn't capture them all.. noticed i was using a lot of more vertical panels.. as well as super wide screen panels.. sort of got the use of the camera back again... here's some sketches.. got this gig.. to do sketching at a wedding.. so I've been trying different layouts and configurations and stuff like that.. a mixture of panels and floating images.. also just started playing with some ideas on how to capture a larger crowd.. .. trying to draw them all as one shape and then breaking them down into smaller people shapes..
